Jon and Jenny's Wedding

Our adventure to Kansas City in three days! This is actually on our way home. We were delayed in Denver for three hours. So Katherine and Matt were taking pictures of themselves while Wesley and I played on the floor.

4 generations of Schreiner men
Wesley, Matt, Great Grandpa Wes, and Grandpa Scott

The Schreiner's

Wait for me, Jenny!
Katherine is completely in love with Jenny. Since we have been home from the wedding, she has been pretending she is Jenny. When I ask her something she says "no mama, I'm Jenny not Katherine. Wait a minute, Jon is calling me. "

Spinning w/Uncle Jon. Katherine loved every minute of being the flower girl. She just adores her Uncle Jon and Auntie Jenny.

Our beautiful Angel.
When we were driving to town yesterday I said "Katherine, you are my princess." And she said, "No mommy, I am not a princess....I am an angel."

Katherine and Brandon....ready to walk down the aisle.

Katherine was so excited to be with Jon and Jenny. It was an amazing day. We are so excited to have Jenny in the family!

Guy talk!

Oma and Katie cuddling.

This could only mean trouble! Wesley and Grandpa Wes hanging out.

Katherine loves her Auntie Annie!
She had so much fun playing with her.
Now we are gearing up for Anne and Pat's big day.

Thought I would get as many pictures posted as possible since I have been majorly slacking the last few months. Life has been a bit crazy. But we are all doing well and getting into some sort of routine again. School is almost out and we are really looking forward to summer!

More Easter Fun!

Katherine enjoying her first picnic of the spring.
Katherine and Wesley

Wesley just loves Katherine. His face lights up when ever she is around. Katherine is so good with him. She loves to play with him on the floor and read him stories. Although she gets frustrated because he likes to grab at the books and her hair. She calmly says "Listen Wesley".

6 months old! Weighing in at 20 lbs 11 1/2 oz and 29 3/4 inches long.
He is off the charts.
Wesley is sitting up on his own and babbling like crazy.
He is so much fun and very busy exploring the world around him.

Heather and Dave came to visit.

We had so much fun when Heather and Dave came to stay for a week. We must have had fun because we were so busy we hardly took pictures.
It was wonderful to be able to spend time together!
Thanks for coming to visit!!
love you

Katherine's First Haircut

Well we beginning to think we would never see the day...but finally Katherine has grown enough hair to actually get a haircut. Heather and Dave came out to visit us for a week. Heather gave Katherine her first cut. She looks so cute! She loved every minute!

Wesley's Dedication

On March 29th we had Wesley dedicated to the Lord. It was a wonderful day. Heather and Dave were here from MN to be part. Wesley is an amazing little boy and we are so blessed.

We're finally back!

Almost 6 months old..hanging out with Katherine. They are best buddies!
Katherine's first day of dance class!

5 months old

Wesley loves to play in his saucer!

3 months old

First I have to apologize for how long it has been since I have posted anything! So much for keeping up with the kids....Wesley is already going to be 6 months old next week. I can't believe how fast he is growing up. He goes in for his check-up next week but the other day Amanda (our sitter) weighed him on the scale at home and he weighed 22 lbs. He is SOOOO BIG! He decided on Monday that he could sit up on his own. He sat for 25 minutes before he tipped. Now he plays on the floor sitting like a champ. It is crazy to watch him. He had his first two teeth break through on Sunday. And on Tues. Matt and him were diagnosed with strep. So it has been a big week for Wesley Matthew.

Katherine Susan is our little doll. She is talking and singing so well. She is a true sweetheart. Katherine started dance class last week and did a great job. She is the youngest by far but followed all of the teacher's directions and loved every minute. She is a great helper and takes great care of her little brother.
Matt is back from Georgia and it is so great to have him home. He got back the beginning of March. We have adjusted back to life as a full family. It took a couple weeks. He is loving his job. And life seems to be getting back into some sort of groove.
I am on Spring Break and so excited for the time off. My sister and her boyfriend are coming out to visit for the week. It will be great to see them and be able to spend time together. School is going good. I miss the kids but all is well. For the talent show this year I put a group of teachers together and we danced to Thriller. It was so much fun and the students loved it. There were 16 of us. We had a blast!
Hope all is well. We are looking forward to the upcoming weddings and time with family. Summer will be here before we know it!

Wesley has so much to say...but can't find the words!

This video was shot on March 27th. Wesley is almost 6 months old.
