Feb. in North Idaho...snow...what is that??

The kids doing yoga!! This is Wesley's new trick.
Wesley's 1st time outside since he has learned to walk. We had a beautiful day on Sunday so we were outside playing in the mud! He loves his "new" frog rubber boots.

Already 16 months old and talking like crazy! The other morning Matt heard him laying in bed saying "Hey Buddy" over and over. Then he swtiched to "I love you". Katherine always says "hey buddy" in the morning when she sees him.

Little Princess continues to amaze us on a daily basis. She also reminds us she is not little anymore and is counting down the days till Kindergarten. Time is going too fast!!

Gotta love the slide! So much fun! Again..no snow. We have about 8 inches total this winter.

Digging in the sandbox...Wesley had to try alittle too! YUCK! Katherine has a hard time believing she used to eat it by the mouthful.

Anything you can do...I can do too! Wes wants to be just like his big sissy!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Daddy spoiled his girls with beautiful flowers!!
Thank you for a wonderful Valentine's Day, Honey!
Thank you to all of family for the special treats. The kids love the "dollars"!

Princess Night!

Katherine and Mommy got all dressed up in their princess best and went out on the town. First they went to dinner at the restaurant of Katherine's choice (Panhandle Cafe). Then we went to the movie theater to see the Princess Frog. We had so much fun.
It was a great night out on the town...just the girls.

What did Daddy get??

Santa brought Wesley a Tonka truck. He was so excited he started pushing it around the house after only opening the top. Then he jumped in and made sounds like he was driving the truck. He spent the rest of the day either sitting inside or filling it up. He loves his truck!

Our presents from Great Grandpa Wes!

Thank you!!

Poor sick Wesley. He had pink eye on Christmas Eve and had an allergic reaction to the medicine. So he was looking pretty tough on Christmas morning.

More Tree pictures

Wes is looking in these pics.

Christmas Tree Fun

Matt was home for the weekend so he and Katherine went out and found us the perfect tree. After some rearranging and trimming we have our beautiful tree. It should be interesting keeping Wesley out of it. Katherine loved putting the ornaments on and Wesley wanted to help. We were putting out the nativity last night and I showed him baby Jesus and said "this is Jesus." He said "esus, esus" It was so sweet.
Can't believe it is almost time for Christmas. Will be a bummer to not be in Minnesota with family, but I am so thankful that Matt will be home with us this year. He gets back from his training next week.

Time for shopping

Wesley is off and running. Well when he wants to anyway. He still prefers to crawl. Although the other night he was going crazy with the grocery cart. It is not very sturdy so we were a bit nervous he was going to smack his head on the floor. Looks like we have another shopper in the family.
